    Open VRChat on Quest, PCVR, or desktop, search the world name in the Worlds tab, and "Go" into a public or friends-only instance. For private stargazing, choose Friends+ so randoms don't break the mood.

    What is the best VRChat world for stargazing?

    The Great Pug's rooftop and Mountain Observatory are the two most-recommended starting points — both are social, free, and run on standalone Quest as well as PCVR.

    Do I need a PCVR headset for VRChat stargazing worlds?

    Most stargazing worlds run on Quest standalone, but the highest-fidelity skyboxes (real-star data, volumetric clouds) require PCVR. We note which is which in each entry.
