An immersive 3D Gaussian Splat scan of San Francisco's iconic Sutro Tower. Explore the tower and surrounding cityscape at your own pace, with AR mode available on mobile devices. This pioneering reality capture was shot via drones, aligned in RealityCapture, trained in gsplat, compressed by SOGS, and rendered by PlayCanvas.

Millions of Gaussian splats, rendered directly in the browser. A small team from WithLore designed and iterated 7 different worlds with Marble, then streamed them into the browser using Spark 2.0 and Three.js to create a real-time interactive experience. One of the most interesting aspects of the project was the workflow itself. Rather than treating world design, rendering, gameplay, and cinematics as separate pipelines, the team connected them into a single creative process. Even the launch trailer was created using the same worlds and rendering pipeline that power the interactive experience. ICARE is an early example of what's possible when world models become part of the creative workflow, helping teams rapidly create, iterate on, and connect interactive experiences.

Version 1 of the Teleportal — an interactive 3D force graph that maps virtual world platforms as a dynamic ecosystem. Curated by the Virtual Worlds Museum™, it lets visitors search platforms, explore relationships between worlds, and launch platform links directly. Emphasizes discovery, research transparency, and contextual navigation.

Version 5 of the Teleportal — adapted for spatial computing devices including Apple Vision Pro and Pico, in collaboration with WebSpatial. Leverages open spatial standards and browser-native XR, with engineering by Steven Van Loon. Goal: cross-device accessibility without reliance on closed app stores.
