Millions of Gaussian splats, rendered directly in the browser. A small team from WithLore designed and iterated 7 different worlds with Marble, then streamed them into the browser using Spark 2.0 and Three.js to create a real-time interactive experience. One of the most interesting aspects of the project was the workflow itself. Rather than treating world design, rendering, gameplay, and cinematics as separate pipelines, the team connected them into a single creative process. Even the launch trailer was created using the same worlds and rendering pipeline that power the interactive experience. ICARE is an early example of what's possible when world models become part of the creative workflow, helping teams rapidly create, iterate on, and connect interactive experiences.
